Chapter 4 is complete, and the word count is approaching 8,000. I'm retaining the original dual plot after all, as they are both too interesting to pass up. I'm really getting to know Austin in a new way with this effort. Looking forward to sharing this. I'm thinking of starting after the holidays. Once I hit the half-way point, I'm comfortable that I'll finish. Otherwise, I'm always afraid of disappointing someone who's reading if I lose my steam and stop before I finish.
